Pastor: Jim Eggert
Pastor Jim began co-pastoring at Pioneer in 1995. Jim began ministry in 1982 serving in youth positions first with the Salvation Army, then in church youth ministry. He and his wife, WilleJune, moved to southern California in 1984 to begin Talbot Seminary at Biola University. From 1987-1995 he served as college pastor at First Baptist Church of Downey, California. After completing seminary and 8 years of ministry at F.B.C.D. they answered the call to minister at Pioneer Bible Church. They left Somerset as a couple in 1984 and returned a family of five in 1995 with sons Jamin, Joshua and Jonathan. They were blessed with their daughter, Juliana in 1999! Ephesians 4 tells us that we, the church, are the body, the family of Christ. The Bible tells us we are all gifted, and blessed to serve our Lord. Believers are saved, set apart, serving and sharing this great truth of forgiveness & eternal hope in Jesus. I am blessed and honored to serve Jesus with you. We truly are blessed to love Jesus and serve people.
Custodian: Kathleen Snyder
Kathleen Snyder was born in L.A. She graduated from Amador County High School in Sutter Creek. She has also lived in the Bay Area and Texas, before settling in Mt Aukum. She is the mother of three and grandmother of one. Kathleen was a skydiver until breaking her ankle in a bicycle accident. She has also run several marathons and half marathons. When she isn’t working, Kathleen enjoys reading and cooking.
